Andi Roberts also works with a range of team assessments and psychometrics and can bring these in to his team coaching work or carry out one off sessions to support other team coaches in their processes. These instruments include Lominger Team Architect, Team Emotional & Social Intelligence instrument, MBTI, Organisational Character Index and Belbin Team 360 amongst others.
Team coaching sessions can be run face to face, virtually via the telephone or virtual meeting platforms such as GoTo Meeting, Live Meeting or Lotus Live.
Andi Roberts is a trained Corporate Team Coach through the Advanced Corporate Coaching Programme of Corporate CoachU and is a Professional Certified Coach of the International Coach Federation.
