Strategic Business Management: A three day course to teach and practise the priniciples of developing and managing a business from a strategic standpoint. This course was supported by a 3 day complex business simulator to put in to practise the core ideas.

Motivation for entrepreneurs: Developed for the Cádiz Chamber of Commerce to kick off a formal learning path for new business start ups in the Cádiz bay region of Spain.

Team collaboration and communication : co-design and facilitation of a two day course that helps virtual teams of graduates build their interpersonal skills and at the same time develop themselves as a team before embarking on 6 months of virtual learning together.

Performance Management Process : Facilitation of workshops that cover a performance management process that will help managers better develop and track their staff members progress.

Team Development : Facilitation of team development programe for a new internal team.

Performance Acceleration : Facilitation, challenge course construction and experiential safety management for a series of 3 day courses that focuses staff on improving business results through team working, problem solving and improving communication.
