  • Key partners: Ensuring the team has clear and strong connections to those that make it a success.
  • Key activities: Prioritising and planing of clear action plans for various time horizons.
  • Key Resources: Developing a list of all resources that the team can draw on to be effective.

  • Cost Structure: Establish clear budgets and resource allocations for the team.
