| Barcelona Trail & Tapas Interested in maximising team work whilst also running a “serious conference”? Would you like participants to get out of the training room and visit some of the amazing sites at the conference destination? Would you like you employees to get truly hands on and experience the true local culture through a team building food experience? All of this and more can be achieved with the Barcelona Trail and Tapas team building event. Introduction Barcelona Trail & Tapas allows participants to practise team building principles as they work their way around the most well known sites of the Catalan capital sourcing resources, building up a knowledge base and managing information effectively to help the team to discover the secret location for lunch (or dinner). Once at this location the team competes under time pressure and under the watchful eyes of our local chefs, to produce the best team tapas with the ingredients purchased during the trail around the city. Some of the key features and benefits of the activity: Can be run for a half or full day. Can be run in groups as small as 8 through to several hundred people. Allows for powerful debriefings and interactive discussions focused on the key business issues of today. Customisation Business message - the design of this activity can be customised to link in to the theme of your conference or event. This activity can be run as a competitive event or as a collaborative event. Whilst originally designed due to popular demand by our training and conference customers visiting the Mediterranean city of Barcelona, we can run a similar themed event across other conference cities in Spain including Seville, Cadiz, Malaga, Madrid and Bilbao.
